Project type: AI logistics dashboard, internal + client-facing
A strategic redesign of an AI-driven assistant for logistics coordination. I owned the full product lifecycle — from opportunity mapping and stakeholder alignment to UX research, prototyping, and MVP launch.
The goal: build user trust in AI automation while enabling fast decision-making under pressure. I led qualitative and quantitative research, created user flows, wireframes, and designed dashboards with real-time KPIs and fallback mechanisms for human override.
Features included role-based access, dynamic robot availability views, quick-assignment logic, and modular UX components adaptable across industries (logistics, healthcare, retail).

MeetMatch Builder – Internal Configuration System for Event Logic
Role: UX Strategy, Product Ownership, Fullstack Implementation
Project Type: Internal admin tool for managing platform structure & onboarding flows
At MeetMatch, I led the redesign and frontend implementation of a core internal Builder System used by staff to configure event types, community logic, onboarding flows, and feature visibility.
The tool powered customization for different clients and events within the same platform ecosystem – supporting dynamic combinations of roles, visibility settings, and behavioral logic.
My Contributions:
-Conducted in-depth stakeholder interviews and internal usability tests to define pain points and architectural gaps.
-Designed a modular and intuitive UX with conditional logic, section toggles, and role-based visibility.
-Implemented the full UI using Blade + Tailwind + JavaScript, ensuring responsive behavior and cross-team consistency.
-Created technical documentation and trained internal users to self-configure without dev intervention.

From Friction to Flow: Optimizing Product Experience for Conversion
This redesign tackled a familiar but critical challenge in e-commerce: turning a cluttered, cognitively demanding product page into a seamless, high-converting experience.
The original version suffered from poor hierarchy, scattered call-to-actions, low contrast, and competing visual elements — making it difficult for users to scan content, compare options, and proceed with confidence. Despite having a strong product, the experience was leaking user attention and trust.
My approach was to audit the entire experience from both user and business perspectives. I focused on:
Clarifying information architecture: separating intent-driven blocks (pricing, variations, shipping, trust signals) from supporting content
Strengthening the primary CTA: both visually and through strategic placement
Refining layout and interaction flow: ensuring responsive behavior and accessibility (e.g., touch-friendly sizing, contrast ratios)
Reducing cognitive load: by collapsing secondary information and using progressive disclosure patterns
Visual simplification: through restrained color usage, spacing, and microcopy clarity.
This wasn’t just a UI facelift — it was a UX-driven optimization rooted in user psychology and behavioral heuristics.
By reducing noise and guiding attention, we created a design that supports faster decisions, higher trust, and cleaner conversions — all without overwhelming the user.
